The above prices are valid for a limited number of rooms for E.C.C. 2023 participants. For requests above this number of rooms, the room rates will be updated according to the new prices. Crowne Plaza Montpellier Corum room reservations will be made through Dekon Congress & Tourism. Please make your reservations early. Bookings are on first-come first-served basis. For Suite and Family Room requests, please contact Dekon Congress & Tourism at registration@eca2023.org. Rates quoted are in Euros, including breakfast and taxes. Hotel check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00. If you would like to check-in before 15:00, please book your room one night prior to your arrival.

Cancellation and Refund Policy - Accommodation

Cancellations or changes should be received in writing by the E.C.C. 2023 Organizing Secretariat (DEKON) via e-mail to registration@eca2023.org. Please do not contact the hotel directly.

Cancellations received before or on May 1, 2023 - One night fee will be applied as penalty.
Cancellations received on or after May 2, 2023 - no refund

Please note that accommodation refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of E.C.C. 2023. Bank charges will be deducted from the refund.

In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation and full payment will be non-refundable.

Late arrival /Early Departure Fee - If you arrive later or leave earlier than on the dates of your confirmed booking, the total cost of accommodation will be charged and no refund will be issued.
